NATALIE WALL / Salt Lake City, Utah.
A med student who finds moments of clarity by spending time in nature.Waking up before dawn each day to experience the surreal Utah landscape gives Natalie the time she needs to practice mindfulness and create her own path to success. Accessing the outdoors allows Natalie to mentally recharge and cope with whatever difficult hurdles she encounters in her medical training.

Started
her own floral business that helped drive the mesmerizing flower wall trend back in 2017. Every am Gabby gets out of bed around 4 a.m. to drive to the flower market. In order to get the best offerings, she has to be the first one there.

 

JERI EVANS / Washington, DC.
Jerri’s Turning Natural juice bar has three locations, two in DC and one in Maryland. Each morning around 4am, Jerri does a five-minute meditation to bring on the good energy before the sun comes up. Despite the desire to snooze that alarm every once in awhile, Jerri says the morning is actually her favorite part of the day as she craves the solitude.
